These photographs show the Moroccan zellige tradition: historic buildings, workshops and the craft itself. They are not our products, our installations or our workshop. Our own compositions are shown as digital material studies.
Our Moroccan zellige collection is manufactured in Fès, Morocco. The photographs here document the wider craft tradition, rather than our own workshop or supplied tiles, and credit the people who took each photograph.
All 20 photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under the license shown, as public domain dedications or Creative Commons licenses that allow reuse with attribution. We resized and compressed them for the web, with light noise reduction on a few, and made no other changes. The full record, including file hashes, is kept with the images.
Editorial material studies
The forest-and-ivory close-up and cobalt star-and-cross still life on our homepage and materials page were generated with AI for Mosaic Atelier. They illustrate material character and design direction; they are not photographs of our supplied tiles, installations or workshop. Physical samples confirm the actual color, finish and variation. The five homepage room settings and the base rooms used in our interactive previews were also generated with AI. They are illustrative settings, not photographs of completed client installations; interactive tile layouts are rendered from the selected design.
